Sales Terms

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase from StayVintage; an order is only confirmed when we accept it and are able to fulfil it.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for stock shortages, pricing or listing errors, duplicate sales, suspected fraud, or any other reasonable cause.

We try to display each product's name, size, condition, images, and description accurately, but vintage items may show normal signs of age, slight colour variation, or reasonable measurement differences from hand-measuring.

If a listing already discloses wear, fading, creasing, or signs of use, those conditions will not be treated as defects.

Unless stated otherwise, prices on the website are shown in Hong Kong dollars. We may update prices at any time, provided that accepted orders are not affected unfairly.

You must provide valid payment information at checkout. Orders paid by FPS, PayMe, AlipayHK, or other manual methods will usually be processed only after payment has been verified.

The website currently serves the Hong Kong market, and the available delivery or pickup methods are those shown at checkout. Any delivery timeframe is an estimate only and not a guaranteed deadline.

The risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided, or once you or your representative completes pickup.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has been verified, packed, dispatched, or arranged for pickup.

If we cancel an order because we cannot fulfil it, any payment received that we are not entitled to retain will be refunded through the original payment channel.

Unless expressly stated in the Return Policy, we do not accept returns based on change of mind, personal preference, sizing issues, or vintage condition that was already disclosed.

If you receive the wrong item or an item with a material defect, please follow the Return Policy and submit a request within 7 days of delivery.

Nothing in these Sales Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, StayVintage is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website transactions, but we will handle your order and enquiries using reasonable commercial care.
