退貨政策 Return Policy
由於 StayVintage 主要售賣 vintage 及 one-off 商品，我們的退貨政策以錯貨或重大瑕疵為核心，並不提供一般改變主意退貨。
Because StayVintage mainly sells vintage and one-off items, our return policy is focused on wrong items and material defects and does not provide general change-of-mind returns.
如你認為收到的商品屬可退貨情況，請在收貨後七日內聯絡我們並提供足夠資料，以便我們跟進。
If you believe the item you received qualifies for a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide enough information for us to review the case.
1. 可接受退貨的情況 1. Eligible Return Situations
我們只接受以下退貨申請：你收到的並非你訂購的商品，或商品存在未有披露且屬重大的瑕疵。
We only accept return requests where you received the wrong item, or the item has a material defect that was not disclosed before purchase.
所有退貨申請必須於顯示已送達或已完成自取後七日內提出。逾期申請一般不會受理。
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery is marked complete or pickup is completed. Late requests will generally not be accepted.
2. 不接受退貨的情況 2. Non-Returnable Situations
以下情況一般不構成可退貨理由：改變主意、尺寸不合、個人穿著效果不符預期、一般 vintage 使用痕跡或商品頁已披露的狀況。
The following will not normally qualify for a return: change of mind, sizing or fit issues, personal preference, ordinary vintage wear, or any condition already disclosed in the listing.
經穿著、清洗、改裝、弄污、損壞，或缺少原有配件與證明資料的商品，我們可拒絕退貨。
We may reject a return if the item has been worn, washed, altered, soiled, damaged, or returned without the original accessories or supporting information we reasonably requested.
3. 申請流程 3. Return Request Process
請電郵至 [email protected] 聯絡 StayVintage，並提供訂單編號、商品照片、包裝照片及問題描述。
Please email [email protected] and provide your order number, item photos, packaging photos, and a description of the issue.
在收到我們的回覆及退回指示前，請勿自行寄回商品，以免延誤或影響處理。
Please do not send an item back before receiving our response and return instructions, as this may delay or affect the review process.
4. 退回與檢查 4. Return Shipment and Inspection
如我們初步確認屬錯貨或重大瑕疵，會通知你退回方式。任何退回運費補償只適用於我們事先同意的合理安排。
If we make an initial finding that the case involves a wrong item or a material defect, we will tell you how to return it. Any reimbursement of return postage applies only to reasonable arrangements that we approved in advance.
我們收到退回商品後，會再次核對商品狀況與申請內容，然後決定退款、換貨或其他合適處理方式。
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect the item against the request details and then decide whether a refund, replacement, or another suitable remedy is appropriate.
5. 退款安排 5. Refund Handling
如退款獲批准，我們一般會按原付款渠道退回相關金額；如雙方另有同意，亦可安排其他合理方式。
If a refund is approved, we will usually return the relevant amount through the original payment method, unless another reasonable method is agreed with you.
實際到賬時間取決於付款平台或銀行處理，一般可預留七至十四個工作天。
The time for funds to appear depends on the payment platform or bank, and you should generally allow 7 to 14 business days.
6. 保留權利 6. Reservation of Rights
如我們合理相信申請資料失實、濫用政策或不符合本政策條件，StayVintage 可拒絕退貨或退款申請。
StayVintage may reject a return or refund request if we reasonably believe the claim is inaccurate, abusive, or otherwise outside the scope of this policy.
本政策不會影響任何適用法律下不能被排除的消費者權利。
This policy does not affect any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
